Lead Injection
Lead Injection is a metal casting process by pressing molten metal into the mold cavity under high pressure.
Öztepe Plastik provides services to its customers by manufacturing important components such as battery charging and connection cables and battery terminals with lead injection method.
Blow Molding
Blow molding is a method of forming hollow objects from thermoplastic resin. In this process, complex hollow shapes are produced that are lightweight and have excellent rigidity to weight ratios.
Rotation Molding
Rotation molding, the plastic raw material put into the mold in the form of powder is rotated in the furnace to take the shape of the mold. After the furnace, the rotation process continues until the mold is cooled to a certain temperature. It is the preferred manufacturing method in the production of large volume, low and medium quantity plastic parts.
